Service Requests and Orders

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

  • Pickup and delivery addresses
  • Contact information
  • Package descriptions
  • Timing requirements
  • Special instructions

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information.

Prohibited Items

U-First Logistics does not transport the following:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
  • Perishables requiring refrigeration (unless pre-approved)
  • Cash over a certain limit (set by company policy)
  • Valuables exceeding insurance limits without prior documentation
  • Items prohibited by state, federal, or carrier regulations

We reserve the right to inspect or decline any package suspected of containing prohibited items.

Delivery Conditions

1. Delivery Windows

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

2. Recipient Availability

If a recipient is unavailable:

  • We may leave the package in a secure location (if authorized).
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur additional fees.

3. Signature Requirements

Some packages may require a signature. If the recipient refuses delivery, the package will be returned at the sender’s expense.

Fees, Payments, and Billing
  • All service fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices may vary based on distance, weight, urgency, or special handling.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, after-hours requests, cancellations, or failed delivery attempts.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Customer Cancellations

2. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, no refund will be issued.

3. Service Errors

If U-First Logistics fails to complete a delivery due to our own error, a credit, refund, or complimentary re-delivery may be offered at our discretion.

Liability and Limitations

1. Item Condition

We are not responsible for:

  • Poorly packaged or fragile items not disclosed in advance
  • Perishable items affected by weather or delay
  • Loss or damage resulting from inaccurate instructions

2. Maximum Liability

Unless otherwise documented in writing, our liability is limited to the lesser of:

  • The service fee paid, or
  • The declared value of the item (up to the limit defined by U-First Logistics policy)

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U-First Logistics from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Customers are required to:

  • Comply with all laws and transport regulations
  • Provide accurate service details
  • Be available or ensure recipient availability within the delivery window

Intellectual Property
